魏红江

魏红江,博士,上海交通大学特别研究员、博士生导师。

研究特点:结合磁共振成像序列设计,图像重构算法,数学优化模型和机器学习,实现组织的高分辨精准成像和其临床应用。博士后任职期间与合作导师Chunlei Liu教授在磁共振成像领域取得了一系列开拓性的研究成果,包括超快速磁化率重建算法的研发,超高分辨的磁化率脑成像,微米级超高分辨大脑皮层结构成像,首次在磁共振领域中精准的成像膝关节软骨层的结构,肝脏铁沉积磁化率成像技术等,算法已开发成App包(STISuite), 被世界各地超过1000个科研单位使用,近五年内在Neuroimage, IEEE TMI, Magnetic Resonance in Medicine等领域内知名学术期刊发表论文30余篇,会议论文30余篇,授权专利4项。Neuroimage, IEEE TMI, Human brain mapping, Magnetic resonance in medicine等20余刊的常规审稿人。
